Kostičkování obrazu při nahrávání z HD kanálu

tak nevím jak ostatním ale mě to pořád při nahrávaní z HD kanálu
kostičkuje po cca 10-20s , nahrávka je tímto nepoužitelná.
z SD kanálu je vše bez potíží.
Provedl jsem testy pomocí příkazu hdparm:
