ET streams r1.2 for OE2.0

The plugin "imported" to any kind of an IPTV stream in your bouquet list / channel list as a favorite (depending on what was downloaded for a engl.dt, etc package)*

Here is the whole been somewhat modified and can now be done the following:*

By yellow button (change streams) can now be selected from 3-stream left (first online feed / 2 online feed / 3. Local feed)* l

local feed = here you can now by your own streams. xml and store in "/ etc / EtStreams" with the plugin and re-import into your channel list (how is the readme.txt under "etc / EtStreams")
